Q. When is a Plan for Improvement (PFI) Change Request necessary?
A. A change request is necessary for any of the following reasons:
1) Request to have an Extension to a previously approved Projected Completion Date;
2) Request to modify values in a previously approved Plan for Improvement (PFI); or,
3) Traditional Equivalency and Fire Safety Evaluation System (FSES) requests.
All equivalencies must be submitted in writing with appropriate supporting documentation. Follow the "PFI Change Request" procedure that is accessed in the navigation menu under "PFI" located in the organization's eSOC.
