Video Shorts

Periodically The Joint Commission releases video shorts/recordings that offer an engaging, succinct, and contemporary approach to education regarding measurement, quality, and patient safety topics. Video shorts are typically less than 20 minutes (most are 3-5). Topics addressed within video shorts include:

• Overviews of specific performance and quality measures
• Resources available from Joint Commission and others to inform health care organizations’ quality improvement work
• Direct Data Submission platform demos/tutorials
• eCQM Clinical Quality Language (CQL) Basics (in partnership with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), and Mathematica Policy Research)
