Performance Improvement

Performance improvement is a continuous process that begins with identifying opportunities to improve the provision of equitable care, treatment, and services. By analyzing collected data, an organization can identify areas to improve and evaluate any changes it makes to support its health equity goals.

A collection of curated resources have been identified to help organizations meet the certification requirements. Resources can be filtered by element of performance (EP), which have been labeled to indicate the focus of the requirement.
