Upon achieving Joint Commission Accreditation for Ambulatory Care, organizations have the opportunity to further improve outcomes for their patients through certification programs. There are two certifications applicable to Ambulatory Care – Advanced Total Hip and Knee certification and Primary Care Medical Home.
