2023 Tyson Award ceremony highlights UChicago Medicine strategies for improving maternal healthcare equity
During the 2023 Tyson Award ceremony on Nov. 27, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. CT, this year’s awardee, the University of Chicago Medicine, will highlight their initiative, Systematic Treatment and Management of Postpartum Hypertension (STAMPP-HTN), and share insights and lessons that other healthcare organizations can learn from and adapt for their own maternal healthcare equity improvement efforts.
The Joint Commission and Kaiser Permanente have a shared goal for the Tyson Award program to amplify proven healthcare equity strategies, tools, and lessons learned through exemplary improvement initiatives.
