By redesigning the way it cares for children with active chronic conditions, Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center successfully improved outcomes for 50 percent of more than 27,000 pediatric patients, according to a new study published in the March 2017 issue of The Joint Commission Journal on Quality and Patient Safety.
