Request for healthcare staff to remain masked while interacting with surveyors, reviewers

While strides have been made in the efforts to return to normal from the COVID-19 pandemic, recent reports have shown that COVID-19 hospitalizations have increased in 40 states over the past few weeks. Accordingly, Joint Commission surveyors and reviewers will remain masked while onsite at an organization.
