What's the Word on Accreditation

The Joint Commission laboratory accreditation process is collaborative and educational. The survey team worked with us to explain the standards and made sure we had a good understanding of how the standards translate into our work. It felt like we were on the same team with the surveyors, and there were no “gotcha” moments. They shared best practices from other labs and applauded our successes.
