The second session of Joint Commission International (JCI) Patient Safety Grand Rounds, “Diagnostic Safety: Moving Patient Care from Error to Excellence,” will be held June 25, 2025, 7–8 a.m. CDT. The virtual event features Dr. Hardeep Singh, professor of medicine, Baylor College of Medicine, in conversation with Laura Zwaan, associate professor, the Institute of Medical Education Research Rotterdam; Dr. Liz Mort, vice president and chief medical officer at The Joint Commission; and Dr. Neelam Dhingra, vice president and chief patient safety officer, JCI.
