The Joint Commission’s Annual Physician Leader Forum

The journey towards high reliability health care is a challenging but worthwhile venture, and physician leaders are key to their organization’s successful achievement of this goal. Each year, The Joint Commission brings over 130 physician leaders from across the country to Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois, to encourage the pursuit of high reliability health care and to hear from those in the field. The Annual Physician Leader Forum is a unique two-day event that provides an in-depth look at Joint Commission standards, current patient safety issues, the journey to high reliability and the role of physician leaders in organizational improvement.
