What anticoagulants are included under NPSG.03.05.01?

FAQ: This NPSG was revised to improve the safety of patients receiving anticoagulation therapy and applies to all classes of anticoagulants with the exception of Antiplatelet Agents-GP IIb/IIIa inhibitors.  The examples provided in the requirements are not an exhaustive list (Heparin, Low Molecular Weight Heparin, Warfarin, Direct Oral Anticoagulants).
