Revisions Related to Licensed Practitioner Evaluation Time Frames

Effective immediately, revised requirements related to the time frame in which to evaluate a licensed practitioner’s ability to provide care, treatment, and services. The time frame for evaluation has changed from a period not to exceed two years to a period not to exceed three years unless a shorter period is required by law and regulation. This change was made to better align with the standard practice of evaluating licensed practitioners every three years.
