Note Removed from Medical Staff Requirement

The Joint Commission has removed the note from MS.06.01.05, EP 6, for hospitals and critical access hospitals. The note has been removed in an effort to streamline the requirement. The change is effective immediately, but will publish with the January 14, 2024, interim release.
