Take 5: Behavior Health Care- New Standards for Eating Disorders

Eating disorders have the highest mortality rate of any behavioral health disorder, which prompts the need to address the subject with the safest, highest quality care possible.

The Joint Commission recently approved new requirements in its Behavioral Health Care program that specifically address care, treatment, or services related to eating disorders.
