Joint Commission Connect and other applications unavailable July 29-31
Joint Commission Connect® will be down for scheduled maintenance from 9 p.m. CDT Friday, July 29, through 10 p.m. CDT Sunday, July 31.
Accredited healthcare and certification organizations will be unable to access the JC Connect extranet during this time. Additionally, the JCR® Store, JCR eProducts portal and other applications will be unavailable during this time. Organizations needing to access any information from one of the impacted applications during the weekend downtime should pull that information prior to July 29.
