This R3 Report has been retired. The National Patient Safety Goal (NPSG) addressed by this R3 Report, NPSG.07.06.01 on catheter-associated urinary tract infections, was moved to Infection Prevention and Control Standard IC.02.05.01, effective January 1, 2020.
