2012 John M. Eisenberg Patient Safety and Quality Award recipients announced

On February 6, The National Quality Forum (NQF) and The Joint Commission announced the 2012 recipients of the annual John M. Eisenberg Patient Safety and Quality Awards The honorees are: Saul N. Weingart, M.D., Ph.D., Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Boston, Mass., Kaiser Permanente, San Diego, Calif and Memorial Hermann Healthcare System, Houston, Texas.
