The Standards Applicability Grid (SAG) chapter of the 2012 Update 1 of the Comprehensive Accreditation Manual for Hospitals includes some incorrect information. The applicability data for three services – Psychiatric, Surgical Specialty, and Long Term Acute Care – was transposed. The corrected information is now available on the Joint Commission website.
