Update 1 to the 2011 accreditation manuals for all accreditation programs will begin to be mailed in late March. At this time, there are no updates to the certification manuals. A new E-dition® release for accreditation programs will be available in April. (E-dition program administrators will receive an e-mail prior to the update in E-dition.) Accredited organizations will receive one free copy of their respective manual or update, which is addressed to the organization’s CEO. If your organization does not receive its 2012 Update 1 by April 20, contact JCR Customer Service at jcrcustomerservice@pbd.com or (877) 223-6866; have your organization name and ID and the accreditation program(s) that is missing the update.
