Any organization that wishes to achieve Comprehensive Stroke Center Certification (including organizations that are already certified as a Primary Stroke Center) should follow the existing process for applying for Disease-Specific Care certification.
- If your organization has one or more certified disease programs, contact your Account Executive to add Comprehensive Stroke Center certification.
- If your organization does not currently have any certified disease programs, contact Business Development: dscinfo@jointcommission.org to gain access to the on-line application.
