The Joint Commission’s Ambulatory Health Care accreditation program today announced that more than 100 organizations have achieved its Primary Care Medical Home (PCMH) certification option over the past two years. These organizations currently serve more than 3.2 million patients at 1,008 sites of care in 35 states as well as in Puerto Rico.
