If using Internet Explorer, go to: ftp://ftp.yourcall.com/
You will need the following login information to access the folder:
User ID: jointcomm
Password: b2zp2
To download the file:
- Right Click your "Start" button.
- Select "Explore"
- In the Windows Explorer screen that appears, type ftp.yourcall.com in the address bar.
- Then the log in box appears, enter the user name and password.
- Locate and open the folder titled Mary Cesare-Murphy
- Locate your file and right click it, and choose "Copy to Folder".
- Select the location for your file and click "OK".
