Performance Measurement Systems
The Joint Commission has requirements for multiple accreditation programs that were initially approved by the Joint Commission's Board of Commissioners in January 1997. These requirements relate to performance measurement activities and stipulate participation by accredited organizations in an acceptable performance measurement system.
The Joint Commission does not anticipate accepting candidate systems for 2010; however, if you are a performance measurement system interested in learning more about the ORYX initiative, please submit your request online.
The following directories include both listed (Core and Non-Core Systems List) and candidate systems. You will need Adobe Reader to view these files. Listed systems are those systems considered acceptable for use to meet accreditation requirements. Candidate systems are systems that are not yet listed. Some of the information about the systems which has been used in the evaluation process to determine whether the system meets the requirements for use in the Joint Commission accreditation process has been provided to The Joint Commission by the system itself. The Joint Commission makes no representations or guarantees about the accuracy of that information provided, the quality of any one performance measurement system’s work, or of the security of any system listed on this site. Inclusion in this list is solely for the purpose described above, and is not to be considered an endorsement by The Joint Commission. |
