These are compressed folders containing Macintosh-format files and fonts. There is an English and Spanish Version. They also contain a "Read Me" for a commercial printer with all specifications (i.e. ink colors, paper stock, etc.) Download these files to a disk and pass on to your printer or have your printer download it directly. Do not try to decompress the folder if you are not on a Macintosh system. A windows version is not available.*
No changes in, additions to, or deletions to the text should be made without prior written approval from the Joint Commission. You may personalize the brochure by adding your logo and patient safety information on the blank back panel of the brochure.

These folders contains all the elements needed to produce the Speak Up brochure.
A Macintosh-format Quark 6.0 file, all fonts and support graphics are included.
The following are the basic specs:
- Size- flat 8.5" x 14", folds twice to 3.5" x 8.5"
(Note: This is NOT an accordion fold. It folds in half to 7" x 8.5" and in half again to 3.5" x 8.5")
- Color- 2 color, PMS 202 and PMS 281, both sides, bleed
(Note: On the Joint Commission version of this brochure, an overall varnish was added for extra protection during distribution. This is not necessary but may be considered if budget allows.)
- Stock- 80# dull coated text
- The back panel (page 8) is blank and available for personalization.
- No trapping has been done to this file.
