Lynn B. Dragisic
Vice President, Human Resources

Lynn B. Dragisic is the Vice President of Human Resources for The Joint Commission.  In this role, she is responsible for the planning, development, and implementation of a comprehensive human resources program for all Joint Commission and Joint Commission Resources (JCR) employees.  Ms. Dragisic also oversees the Enterprise Resource Center and the Professional Development Center.  In addition, she actively participates in the development of the overall strategies, objectives, and plans for the corporation.

Prior to joining The Joint Commission in 1995, Ms. Dragisic held a variety of positions with increasing responsibility within CNA Insurance Companies in Chicago, Illinois, including her role as Vice President, Home Office Human Resources. 
 
Ms. Dragisic earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Education from Loyola University in Chicago, Illinois.  In addition, she received a Master’s degree in Industrial Psychology from Illinois Institute of Technology.
