Welcome to The Joint Commission DataMart

The Joint Commission collects demographic and accreditation data for its accredited organizations and programs.  This data is available for sale through DataMart.  The Accreditation and Demographic products list accredited organizations in Excel format, including organization name and mailing address, accreditation decision, and more.   Customized information is available on request.

Written requests should be emailed using the DataMart Information Request  Form.
