- Organ procurement, recovery and receipt
- Organization leadership
- Selection of patients and living donors, as well as managing care and respecting patient and donor rights
- Coordination of care, including pre- and post-surgical processes
- Qualifications of caregivers
- Staff competency and training
- Information management
- Standardized performance measurement and data submission
- Performance assessment and improvement
| What does the certification process include?
The process includes:
- Pre-survey information gathering;
- An on-site evaluation of compliance with standards and clinical guidelines;
- Regular monitoring of performance measurement results.
