Disease-Specific Care Stroke Performance Measure Advisory Panel

The Joint Commission’s Disease-Specific Care Certification Program is designed to evaluate disease management and chronic care services. To achieve certification, Primary Stroke Centers must collect and report data on standardized performance measures. The measures are regularly reviewed by the Disease-Specific Care Stroke Performance Measure Advisory Panel, which is convened to provide advice on stroke measure development and modification.  Members include:
