Effective January 1, 2008, all organizations seeking Joint Commission Certification for Health Care Staffing Services (HCSS) will be required to use a set of three standardized performance measures in order to meet the requirements for certification. Detailed information on performance measurement and the standardized HCSS measure set is provided in this HCSS Performance Measurement Implementation Guide, 2nd Edition.
