Q. Do the eight hours of continuing education have to be Certified Medical Education hours?

A. The continuing education hours can be accomplished through various methods such as Grand Rounds, Seminars or Conferences, & literature review.  Certified Medical Education (CME) is not specifically required. The methods used for continuing education may not have CME attached, but need to be specific to stroke.
