Our field surveyors are experienced ambulatory care professionals. We understand the day-to-day issues that confront you, and we have the hands-on expertise to help you resolve them. Your Joint Commission survey will be conducted by a clinician with specific training and experience in evaluation of office-based surgical practices. Our surveyors undergo thorough and ongoing training on standards changes and methods for improving survey skills and our surveyors have all passed a rigorous certification exam. We evaluate our surveyors' performance continually throughout the year.
