It’s important to submit your re-survey application on time because failing to do so could affect your laboratory’s accreditation status. Here’s what you need to know to submit your application on time:
For labs, the due date is one year prior, and in the same month, as when the lab is due for re-survey. For example, if the lab is due for re-survey in September 2010, the lab application is due no later than September 30, 2009.
