Prior to going through a survey, each organization will receive on line access via our secure, organization specific extranet site that will enable electronic signature and submission. If you already know your organization's login and password codes, you can login to the Joint Commission Connect extranet site to accept the agreement now.

With this business associate agreement in place the exchange of information between the health care organization and the Joint Commission will meet the requirements under HIPAA and allow the accreditation process to continue with a minimum of disruption.
