What's the process to become accredited?

  1. Read our informational toolkit

  2. Request access to our online application
    • You'll receive an email within 3-5 business days with a password to access the online application at our home page
    • Choose a “ready month” for your initial survey on the application within the next 12 months that allows you time to prepare.
    • View a brief demo on how to access your online application. Questions? Call your Account Representative at 630.792.3007.

  3. Read our accreditation requirements.

  4. Make your application deposit once your application is submitted.
    Applications must be accompanied by a nonrefundable $1700 deposit to be processed.
