What's the process to become accredited?

1. Read our informational toolkit.

2. Request access to our online application. 
   • You'll receive an email within 3-5 business days with a password to access the online application at our home page
   • Choose a “ready month” for your initial survey on the application within the next 12 months that allows you time to prepare.
   • View a brief demo on how to access your online application. Questions? Call your Account Representative at 630.792.3007.
     
     
3. Obtain and review our accreditation requirements.
    
   Requirements can be obtained one of three ways: 
    
   • NEW! Limited time only!! Immediate, free access to our requirements posted online.
   • Once you submit your application for survey you will also receive a free copy of the standards manual (both a print version and electronic version) once your application deposit is processed. 
   • Last, you can purchase a home care standards manual at any time. Learn more. 
     
     
4. Make your application deposit once your application is submitted.
   Applications must be accompanied by a nonrefundable $1700 deposit to be processed.
