Your completed application is active with us for six months after your deposit is received. Deposit amount of $1,700 must accompany your application for it to be formally processed and are applied to your overall fees.
On your application, you can note the month after you feel your organization will be prepared for a survey during the next six-month time period. We recommend using the time prior to that date to address the areas in your organization you feel may need more attention. Following this process will help ensure your organization receives a survey in a time frame that best fits your needs.
