Entry-level position working under the direct supervision of an assigned mentor. The trainee is expected to acquire skills needed to perform the principal duties and responsibilities of an Account Representative within 6 months. These would include becoming familiar with Accreditation Software Application, data entry and general use of computer skills. Trainee would also develop strong communication skills in order to respond to calls from customers and surveyors. Trainee would learn application and survey report processing.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a health or ancillary health discipline, 0-3 years experience in an organized health care setting, computer proficiency. Qualified candidates may contact skjobs@jointcommission.org
