Manages projects related to the development of accreditation and certification standards and survey methods. Serves on and/or leads internal work groups within the department and/or across the organization for projects of moderate complexity.
Requirements: The level of knowledge equivalent to that ordinarily acquired through completion of a Masters degree. Three to five years of clinical lab experience including progressively increasing responsibility in project management. ASCP or MT desired. Lean six sigma is highly desirable. Excellent analytical skills to develop project plans, design data collection systems and interpret evaluations results. Demonstrated ability to problem solve and juggle multiple priorities.
