Executive Director, Corporate Business Development and Marketing - JCR

Provides strategic marketing and business development direction for all Joint Commission Resources (“JCR”) product lines, both domestically and internationally.  Develops and implements strategies to position JCR and Joint Commission International (“JCI”) in the marketplace as the premium provider of standards compliance assistance and quality and patient safety improvement solutions.  Develops and implements business development and marketing strategies and activities resulting the growth and retention of JCR customers. 

Requirements:  Masters degree or work experience equivalent required.  At least ten years of progressive experience in business development and marketing.  Familiarity with the health care industry.  Excellent sales aptitude and proven track record of success.  Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to organize multiple projects with tight deadlines and to synthesize activities that involve a wide range of individuals, groups and health care organizations.  Leadership skills demonstrated by the ability to motivate and influence work teams.  Effective verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to give presentations, speeches, produce papers, reports, write business and marketing plans, etc.  Anticipated travel up to 30%.  Qualified candidates may contact jcrjobs@jcrinc.com
