Designs, develops, modifies, tests, implements and documents software applications systems and processes. Able to translate requests from the business community into custom designed computer systems. Works with business partners and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design that lead to developing solutions that are aligned with the business.
Requirements: Masters degree required. Graduate education or experience must include: Visual Basic.NET; ASP.NET; XML; XSLT. Able to work in a variety of programming languages and software packages that the Joint Commission utilizes. Stays abreast of the development in area of professional competence. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to negotiate and convince participants in team meetings with IT staff as well as business users through effective presentations.
