Provides responsible, complex, and confidential secretarial and administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer. This position requires the ability to manage and organize all administrative aspects of CEO’s office including correspondence, calendar maintenance, complex international travel arrangements, file maintenance, handling inquiries and other high-level support tasks and projects, and flexibility to work overtime outside of normal business hours, as needed.
Requirements: The level of knowledge equivalent to that ordinarily acquired through completion of two years of college level course work in secretarial science. Five to seven years of administrative support experience with a minimum of three years in an executive support capacity. Proficient computer skills, as well as Internet experience. A high competence in following through with the directives given by the CEO in a professionally conducted communication style. Must be a team player with strong organizational and time management skills; detail oriented, approachable, dependable, and a logical thinker.
